Subject: Turing/Wittgenstein - Work and Automation Conference @ BC, 2/27

Greetings,
I'm writing to invite you to the conference pictured below, on The Future of Work in the Age of Automation. It will include talks from the fields of philosophy (focusing on philosophy of computing), sociology, and economics, with someone from information systems joining the panel discussion.

All talks will be Power-Point based and geared toward a non-specialist audience. The final talk will be by Juliet Floyd (BU philosophy): Automation and Conversation: Wittgenstein and Turing on ‘Cultural Searches’ and ‘Common Sense'

Please see the attached PDF for the full schedule. Much more information can be found at workandleisure.org<http://workandleisure.org/>, or you can email me at jon.burmeister at bc.edu<mailto:jon.burmeister at bc.edu>

Best,
Jon Burmeister
