FYI, this looks like a great way to get involved with IETF and make some
impact on practice.

The CFRG, the crypto research group related to the IETF, is likely to start
a review team. See https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/slides-95-cfrg-5/ for
some info.

This seems like a great way for crypto grad students to (a) get involved
with and help the IETF; and (b) leverage their literature search, and/or
have another reason to do their background research J

Self-nominations are welcome; see https://irtf.org/cfrg For more
discussion, cfrg at ietf.org
