Hi BUILDS,
The election process for BUILDS e-board members coming up. We went over the
election process in the meeting last night but I thought I'd recap for anyone
not there.
There are 4 open positions: 1. President, the president oversees all the day to day operations of the club
    and is ultimately responsible for every aspect of the club
 2. Vice President, the vp acts as an assistant to the president as well as
    having their own autonomy to make decisions about events and the direction
    of the club. They are expected to plan and execute events.
 3. Treasurer, the treasurer handles the books and works to make sure that
    BUILDS has enough money to do cool events. They are also responsible for
    planning and executing events.
 4. Secretary, the secretary helps market and organize events.

Candidates have until 3/30 at 7:00pm to send an email to acm at bu.edu declaring
their intention to run. In that email they need to declare two positions that
they'd like to run for ranked in order of preference.
At the meeting that evening 3/30 at 7:00pm each candidate will have the
opportunity make a short speech.
Voting will occur on 4/6 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Each person may vote for one
candidate for each position. All votes must be submitted to the BUILDS room in
person. There won't be any remote voting this year.
The winners will be decided based on the number of votes for that candidate and
the positions that they're running for.
The votes will be collected and counted by someone who is not running.
