You can use the topology in many ways. One is to output the topology into ns
format and then write your own simulation using the topology.

There is a lot of information in BRITE's documentation. Take a look at it.

After you generate a Topology, 

1.) how do you use them?
2.) Do you use the file "your_file".brite output file as some kind of input
to a similation program?
3.) Where do you get that simulation program from?
4.) Do you have to write your own simulation program.
