Verdi -- checkout the rocketfuel project at UWash. You can get the
topology for a number of large ISPs, such as AT&T. Rocketfuel data will
tell you which routers are backbone, however routing (i.e., OSPF weights)
and other aspects have to be either inferred or "best guess". Hope this
