[brite-users] Lincense about Brite

Regarding the second question, my group at FAST-National University, Lahore, 
Pakistan has been successfully running BRITE on windows platform. What we 
did was, downloaded the source code of BRITE from its home page, and simply 
compiled it with a JDK for Windows. Since Java's a portable language, so we 
had almost no problem compiling it.
